Dj Promote Featured on Christon Gray's "Captain America"
Collision Records recording artist Christon Gray recently featured Dj Promote on his debut track "Captain America". The track features production by Wit and Swoope with scratches by Dj Promote. It was released on September 11 as a memorial for free download and will be made available on Christon's album Body Art releasing later this year. With more and more focus being put on piracy and copyright laws we have felt the need to move our download content to a more "legal" format of sharing. Our older download system violated copyright laws and put our site in jeopardy of being targeted or shut down by the government. Because of this we have moved all of our Mixes and Live Mixes to Mixcloud.com. On Mixcloud.com you can stream, share, like and follow mixes by Dj Promote. Every mix features a built in playlist, so you can now see what song is being played, as well as have an option to purchase it.

West Texas Christmas Party on Dec 22nd
This "Christmas Event" will be held at the Cactus Hotel in San Angelo, Texas. Doors open at 7:00pm with a $5 entry per person. Dj Bash will kick off the night followed by Swiftstyle and Dj Promote spinning back to back sets.
Each dj will perform individually and end the night with all your favorite dance music. It is an all age - non-alcoholic event, so bring the family. 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Water and sodas will be sold.
Dj Promote merchandise will be available for sale and the Elegant Sounds photo booth will ready for pictures.

BREAKROOM: Dj Promote Live in Tampa, FL
We have a special edition of our Dj Promote Live Mixes for ya! This past weekend Dj Promote and the TableTurners crew were in Tampa, Florida for an annual event called Flavor Fest at Crossover Church. Alot of well know break dancers come through for the bboy competition, which makes it pretty amazing. This is the second year Promote has helped with the bboy room but, this time we recorded the mix for you to download for FREE! It's a 3 hour event so we chopped the mix down to 130mins and a 2 part mix. We hope you like it since many of you may have never heard Dj Promote spin any of these classic breaks before... get ready to crack your back and do some windmills!
